Previous meeting
Before the Club members and their partners and guests tucked into the sumptuous feast presented by Jean and her team at The Barn, Newlands Corner for our August barbecue and quiz night… and before the free flowing wine had a chance to banish thoughts of business entirely… we held a fifteen-minute Special General Meeting of the Club to ratify four minor amendments to existing Clauses in our Club’s Constitution. The proposed changes had been circulated to all Members in advance, and were passed unopposed with one minor changed to the wording of one clause.
